Shipping & Delivery Policy

We care about your shopping experience and aim to make returns easy, transparent, and hassle-free. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

1. Eligible Product Categories
You can request a return for the following categories (as per conditions below):

Artificial Jewellery
Garments (Clothing)
Bags
Selected Hair Accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Under Garments / Innerwear
Used Hair Accessories (scrunchies, clips, bands, etc.)
Jewellery that is used, damaged, or without original packing
Items bought during Clearance Sale or with heavy discounts
Customized or special-order items

3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed
All tags, seals, and original packaging must be intact
Return request must be placed within 5 days of delivery
Must include the original invoice/bill
Products showing signs of use, perfume, stains, or damage will not be accepted.

4. Refund Methods
After your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as:
Bank Transfer / UPI Refund – 3–5 working days after approval
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives:

Damaged
Incorrect
Missing items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear photos of the product & packaging
We will arrange a replacement or provide a store credit.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
You may apply for a return after receiving the product (if eligible).

8. Return Pickup Guidelines
BigBlim provides reverse pickup for most locations.
If pickup is not available, the customer may need to ship the item to us.
Reverse pickup will be attempted up to 2 times.
Items must be packed securely during return pickup.
